My first ever repeats!

A few months ago I moved back into my home studio an had to make space for the plethora of rubbish I seem to collect on a weekly basis.... I decided the time had to come to start ditching my old college and uni work - most of which is in absolutely no state for the public eye (did I really get a 1st!?)

Quickly flicking through my old technical files on print and embroidery, I found a whole load of work tasks which consisted of 'back in the day' use of photocopies, scissors and glue - Blue Peter esk style...

These are my first ever repeat patterns.....of all things to pick, I choose feathers! Naturally! Move it on Helen, move it on....

Whilst I was outta walking!...

My posts have been a little quiet of late, due to the fact I have been spending nearly every waking minute preparing to launch new products and continuing to grow the brand. Every once in a while I do get to spend some time out in the big wide world and when I do you'll usually find me snapping away. Albeit on my iPhone....

This post is just a quick off load of some of my spring time travelling around, and taking note, naturally, of the smaller details and textures around me.
